File Your Securities Arbitration Claim In The Appropriate Forum.

After you have determined that you have an actionable securities arbitration claim, you will want to determine the appropriate arbitration forum (i.e., FINRA, CBOE, NFA, etc.) and file your arbitration claim in the appropriate forum.  This step typically involves filing a Statement of Claim, a Uniform Submission Agreement and paying any required filing fees.

The dispute resolution forum (i.e., FINRA) will typically serve the claim on the named defendant(s) or respondent(s) with a cover letter explaining the process and setting a time for answer or response to the claim.
